What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The staff are so friendly and welcoming including the room attendants upstairs, the breakfasts staff and kitchen staff ( Great to see Biddie still there) and the Bar staff, James the assistant manager and finally Mark (doorman). A really GREAT TEAM
GREAT STAY
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
There was only one problem and that was a small one. One of us had to get up early next morning to put a parking ticket on the car, however, there are times when you would like to have a bit of a lay in. It may be a good idea to have an arrangement with the parking company to give Guests a little more time to put ticket in their car. Mabey the hotel could issue are Hotel card with a later time, maybe 10 - 10.30 am.
